The proposed district cooling system comprises two separate central chilled water plants, i.e. 6 x 2,000RT and 4 x 1,200RT chillers for Plant 1 and 2 respectively, 15,000 RTH chilled water storage tank, 4 x 3 MW natural gas engine generator at Plant 1, and other facilities.  The area for the two plants is approximately 4,100 m² and 3,100 m² respectively.
